Blackberry Muffins

  • 8 oz plain or wholemeal flour
  • 4 oz caster sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3 oz blackberries
  • 8 fl oz milk
  • 1 egg

Stir everything together so the mixture is still quite lumpy, then spoon into 12 greased muffin tins. Bake for 20-25 mins at Gas Mark 6.
